Applications : rac-Vepdegestrant is the racemic form of Vepdegestrant, an orally active PROTAC designed to degrade ERα by bridging the receptor to an E3 ligase complex. This mechanism drives ER ubiquitination and proteasomal turnover, resulting in strong ER degradation in ER‑positive breast cancer cell lines (DC₅₀ ≈ 2 nM).
