Applications : Ralimetinib dimesylate inhibits p38α/β MAPKs with low‑nanomolar potency and selectively suppresses MK2 (Thr334) phosphorylation. It shows no measurable effect on phosphorylation of p38α MAPK itself or other MAPK‑related proteins such as JNK, ERK1/2, c‑Jun, ATF2, or c‑Myc, highlighting its high target selectivity.
