Applications : RBN-013209 potently inhibits human CD38 (IC₅₀ = 0.01–0.1 µM) and blocks the conversion of extracellular NAD⁺ to ADPR or cADPR. It is useful in tumor‑biology studies and improves CAR‑T cell persistence by maintaining naïve/central memory phenotypes and reducing activation and exhaustion markers.
