Applications : Regadenoson-d3 is a deuterium-labelled version of Regadenoson. This can be used as an analytical labelled reference standard. Regadenoson is a selective A2A adenosine receptor agonist and vasodilator that enhances coronary blood flow and is utilized in myocardial perfusion imaging studies. Additionally, Regadenoson increases the permeability of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) in rodent models, which may facilitate the investigation of improved delivery of agents to the human central nervous system.
