Applications : rel‑AZ-5576 selectively targets CDK9, resulting in suppression of MCL‑1 and MYC transcription and protein expression in DLBCL. It accelerates MYC turnover, diminishes Ser62 phosphorylation, and reduces MYC‑regulated gene expression. These mechanisms collectively inhibit the growth of DLBCL cell lines both in vitro and in xenograft models, independent of their molecular subtype.
