Applications : Reldesemtiv selectively activates fast skeletal muscle troponin with an EC₅₀ of 3.4 µM and is orally active. By augmenting fast skeletal myofibril function, it improves exercise capacity in heart‑failure models and serves as a valuable tool for studying skeletal‑muscle contractility.
