Applications : Remogliflozin is a potent and selective inhibitor of SGLT2 (sodium-glucose cotransporter 2) with Kis of 12.4 and 26 nM for human and rat SGLT2, respectively. Remogliflozin is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus.
