Applications : RG-108 is a selective, non‑nucleoside DNMT inhibitor (IC₅₀= 115 nM) that binds the DNMT active site, leading to demethylation and re‑expression of tumor suppressor genes. Notably, it does not alter methylation at centromeric satellite regions.
