Applications : RG-7112 disrupts the MDM2–p53 interaction with nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 18 nM) and binds MDM2 with strong affinity (K_D = 11 nM). As an orally active compound capable of crossing the BBB, it is valuable for investigating p53 pathway reactivation in cancer models.
