Applications : RG-7112D inhibits the MDM2–p53 interaction with nanomolar potency (HTRF IC₅₀ = 11 nM) and shows minimal activity toward VHL–HIF‑1α (>10 000 nM). When linked to VHL‑Amine, it forms the bifunctional molecule YX‑02‑030 (YX‑02‑03), an MDM2‑PROTAC that blocks MDM2–p53 binding with an IC₅₀ of 63 nM. RG7112D also stabilizes MDM2 and enhances p53 protein accumulation.
