Applications : Ricolinostat is a potent and selective HDAC6 inhibitor, with an enzymatic IC₅₀ value of 5 nM. ACY-1215 also inhibits HDAC1, HDAC2, and HDAC3 with IC₅₀ of 58, 48, and 51 nM, respectively.
