Applications : Rimegepant is a potent, orally active antagonist of CGRP and AMY1 receptors with strong affinity for human CGRP receptors (pIC₅₀ = 8.01; K_i= 0.027 nM). It suppresses α‑CGRP‑, β‑CGRP‑, and amylin‑induced cAMP production across species and receptor subtypes, including rat AMY3. Its pharmacological profile makes it a valuable tool for migraine research.
