It demonstrates strong activity in KRAS‑ and BRAF‑mutant tumors, including NSCLC, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, and ovarian cancer. Rineterkib hydrochloride can also inhibit RAF, broadening its pathway‑modulatory profile.
