Applications : RK‑701 selectively inhibits G9a with nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 23–27 nM) and promotes HbF induction through increased HbF, γ‑globin, and BGLT3 expression alongside reduced H3K9me2. It further targets BCL11A and ZBTB7A, key regulators of globin gene repression.
