Applications : RO 907501 inhibits Aβ42 fibrillization and reduces Aβ42‑induced toxicity. It blocks ATM activation and DNA repair, enhances TLR3/RLR‑mediated IFN‑β responses, and functions as a TPR‑dependent PP5 inhibitor. In cancer models, Ro 90‑7501 produces strong radiosensitizing effects, particularly in cervical cancer cells.
