Applications : Ropsacitinib is an orally active TYK2 inhibitor. Although designed for selective TYK2 inhibition, evidence indicates meaningful JAK2 and possibly JAK1 inhibition at clinically relevant concentrations. It is being developed for autoimmune inflammatory diseases, especially plaque psoriasis.
