Applications : This is a potent RORγ agonist from a 2‑(ortho‑substituted benzyl)‑indole series derived via scaffold hopping from VTP‑43742. It activates RORγ to promote Th17 differentiation, increases IL‑17 and IFNγ production in tumors, and shows clear antitumor efficacy in the MC38 syngeneic colorectal model - representing the first in vivo validation of an RORγ agonist in cancer immunotherapy.
