Applications : Roscovitine selectively inhibits CDK5, Cdc2, and CDK2 with IC₅₀ values of 0.2–0.7 µM and is both orally bioavailable and BBB‑permeable. It is commonly used to study CDK‑dependent signaling in proliferative and neurological models.
