Applications : This is an impurity of Rotigotine, which is a potent dopamine receptor agonist. It also acts as a partial agonist at the 5-HT1A receptor and as an antagonist at the α2B-adrenergic receptor. Rotigotine can be utilized in Parkinson's disease (PD) research.
