Applications : Roxithromycin is an oral semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by targeting the 50S ribosome. It exhibits antimicrobial, antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory, tumour vasculature inhibiting, and lung-protective effects.
