Applications : RRx-001-d7 is deuterium labelled version of RRx-001. This can be used as an analytical labelled reference standard. RRx‑001 is a hypoxia‑selective epigenetic agent with radio‑ and chemo‑sensitizing properties. It triggers apoptosis and overcomes drug resistance in myeloma while maintaining minimal toxicity. Through suppression of CD47 and SIRP‑α, it functions as a dual checkpoint inhibitor, and its potent G6PD inhibition confers strong antimalarial activity.
