Applications : Ryuvidine inhibits SETD8 with sub‑micromolar potency, reducing H4K20me1 levels and blocking DNA synthesis. It also targets CDK4 and KDM5A, supporting its anticancer effects across tumor types such as breast cancer. In addition, Ryuvidine shows therapeutic benefit in arthritis models.
