Applications : (S)-Azelastine hydrochloride is an enantiomer of Azelastine hydrochloride. Both (S)-Azelastine hydrochloride and (R)-Azelastine hydrochloride are active in the context of antihistamine and antiallergic activity. Azelastine hydrochloride is a potent and selective histamine 1 (H1) antagonist. Azelastine hydrochloride can be used for the research of allergic rhinitis, asthma, diabetic hyperlipidemic and SARS-CoV-2.
