Applications : (S)-Dobutamine hydrochloride is one of the chiral (S)-isomer of Dobutamine hydrochloride, which is a synthetic catecholamine that primarily acts as a selective β1-adrenoceptor agonist, with comparatively weaker activity at α1- and β2-adrenoceptors. It is utilised to increase cardiac output and improve tissue perfusion in patients with hypoperfusion.
