Applications : (S)-GLPG-0974 represents the stereochemical counterpart of GLPG0974 and is commonly used as a negative or inactive control in FFA2/GPR43 assays. GLPG-0974 itself is a highly potent FFA2 antagonist (IC50 = 9 nM).
