Applications : (S)-(+)-Rolipram is a cyclic AMP(cAMP)-specific phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitor, with an IC50 of 1100 nM. (S)-(+)-Rolipram can suppresses tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFα) production by human mononuclear cells.
