Applications : (S, S)‑RJW-100, one of the two enantiomers of racemic RJW-100, supports recruitment of LRH‑1 coregulators such as Tif2 but compromises LRH‑1 allosteric communication and shows reduced thermal stability. These properties differentiate it from the more active (R, R)‑RJW-100 configuration.
