Applications : (S)-Sotalol is the (S)-isomer of Sotalol, which is an orally active, non-selective β-adrenergic receptor blocker. (S)-Sotalol is an antiarrhythmic agent. (S)-Sotalol can prolong action potential duration in isolated cardiac muscle.
