Applications : (S)-Stiripentol is one of the chiral form of Stiripentol, which is an anticonvulsant agent that inhibits the N-demethylation of CLB to NCLB, mediated by CYP3A4 (in a noncompetitive manner) and CYP2C19 (competitively).
