Applications : (S)-TYM‑3‑98 is a potent and highly selective PI3Kδ inhibitor from a scaffold‑hopped pyrazolopyrimidine–indazole series. It shows strong PI3Kδ inhibition, excellent isoform selectivity, and high oral bioavailability. In vivo, (S)-TYM‑3‑98 (10 mg/kg, oral) markedly reduces lung inflammation and improves histopathology in LPS‑challenged mice, demonstrating significant efficacy in acute lung injury (ALI). These properties position (S)-TYM‑3‑98 as a promising anti‑inflammatory PI3Kδ‑directed candidate for ALI therapy.
