Applications : S11‑1014 is a selective, sub‑nanomolar BChE inhibitor based on an N‑benzyl benzamide scaffold, showing picomolar–nanomolar IC₅₀ and sub‑nanomolar KD by SPR. It demonstrates neuroprotective activity, in vivo safety, and at 0.5 mg/kg provides a therapeutic effect against Aβ_{1_42} induced cognitive impairment comparable to rivastigmine. S11‑1014 features favorable PK and is a promising drug‑like BChE inhibitor for Alzheimer’s disease research.
