Applications : This compound shows superior drug‑like properties and excellent in vitro efficacy (EC₅₀ = 7.03 nM in β‑arrestin recruitment; EC₅₀ = 11.8 nM in receptor internalization). It effectively inhibited lymphocyte egress in peripheral lymphocyte count assays and significantly improved clinical scores in the experimental autoimmune encephalitis multiple‑sclerosis mouse model.
