Applications : S1RA selectively targets the σ₁ receptor with nanomolar affinity (human σ₁R K_i = 17 nM; guinea pig σ₁R K_i = 23.5 nM) and shows moderate inhibition of 5‑HT₂B (K_i= 328 nM). It exhibits strong antinociceptive properties in neuropathic pain models, including prevention of oxaliplatin‑induced mechanical and cold hypersensitivity.
