Applications : Samuraciclib selectively targets CDK7 with an IC₅₀ of 41 nM and displays broad kinase selectivity, including reduced activity toward CDK1, CDK2, CDK5, and CDK9. It inhibits the growth of breast cancer cell lines (GI₅₀ = 0.2–0.3 µM) and induces antitumor responses, supporting its utility in transcription‑driven oncology research.
