Applications : Saruparib selectively targets PARP1 with nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 3 nM) and displays markedly reduced activity against PARP2 (IC₅₀ = 1400 nM). As a potent PARP trapper, it induces antiproliferative responses and restricts the growth of cells harboring DNA‑repair deficiencies.
