Applications : Savolitinib is a potent and highly selective c‑MET inhibitor with low‑nanomolar activity (IC₅₀= 5 nM for c‑MET; 3 nM for p‑MET). It binds c‑MET in an ATP‑competitive fashion, suppresses c‑MET‑dependent signaling cascades, and demonstrates strong antitumor effects.
