Applications : SB-366791 is a potent and novel small molecule, selective TRPV1 antagonist that is widely used in pain research.The vanilloid recepter type 1 (VR1) is a non-selective cation channel gated by capsaicin, noxious heat, and protons. VR1 is present in primary sensory neurons and in both central and peripheral sensory nerve terminals.
