Applications : SBI‑0206965 selectively inhibits ULK1 (IC₅₀ = 108 nM) and ULK2 (IC₅₀ = 711 nM) and is cell‑permeable. It also inhibits AMPK, producing a paradoxical increase in Thr172 phosphorylation. This dual‑pathway activity supports its use in studies of autophagy initiation and AMPK‑regulated metabolic signaling.
