Applications : SBP‑7455 potently inhibits ULK1 (IC50= 13 nM) and ULK2 (IC50 = 476 nM) and is orally active with high affinity for the ULK complex. Its strong autophagy‑blocking activity supports its use in investigating ULK‑regulated survival pathways in TNBC models.
