Applications : SC‑60 is a Sorafenib analog, activates SHP‑1 to block STAT3 signaling and suppress downstream survival proteins such as Bcl‑2, Cyclin D1, and Survivin. It shows potent antiproliferative activity in HCC cell lines and induces caspase‑mediated apoptosis. In vivo, SC‑60 significantly inhibits tumor progression in xenograft models, highlighting its relevance for HCC studies.
