Applications : SCO‑120 is an orally bioavailable selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD) with potential antineoplastic activity. It binds to wild‑type and mutant ERα, including clinically relevant ESR1 mutations Y537S and D538G, inducing conformational changes that lead to ER degradation and suppression of ER‑mediated signaling.
