Applications : Seclidemstat is a reversible, noncompetitive LSD1/KDM1A inhibitor with nanomolar potency (K_i = 31 nM; IC₅₀ = 13 nM). It enhances antitumor immune responses in SWI/SNF‑mutant ovarian cancer and exhibits antiviral effects by blocking viral replication and late gene expression. Seclidemstat is also a key tool compound for Ewing sarcoma research.
