Applications : Seladelpar Lysine dihydrate selectively activates PPAR‑δ with an EC₅₀ of 2 nM. It decreases IL‑31 and bile‑acid levels, alleviating pruritus, and improves multiple metabolic parameters, including insulin sensitivity, glucose handling, lipid balance, and hepatic cholesterol. It also reduces steatosis, inflammation, and fibrosis, reversing NASH‑related pathology. It is suitable for studies involving PBC and NASH.
