Applications : Selexipag acyl β-D-glucuronide is a glucuronide metabolite of Selexipag . The drug is first hydrolyzed to an active metabolite, ACT 33679 (CAS No. 475085-57-5, planned) in the liver and then glucuronidated afterwards.
