Applications : Selinexor is a KPT‑185 analog that selectively targets CRM1 with oral activity. Through inhibition of CRM1‑dependent nuclear export, it triggers PANoptosis and exerts potent antitumor effects, supporting its use in studies of nuclear‑export dysregulation and cancer therapy.
