Applications : Selnoflast calcium is a reversible, orally active NLRP3 inhibitor with high potency and selectivity. It effectively suppresses IL‑1β secretion in NLRP3‑activated AD patient–derived macrophages and shows strong potential for investigating NLRP3‑driven pathology in Alzheimer’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
