Applications : Selonsertib selectively inhibits ASK1 with high potency (pIC₅₀ = 8.3) and is orally bioavailable. It has been evaluated as an experimental agent for diabetic nephropathy and kidney fibrosis due to its ability to modulate ASK1‑driven stress, inflammatory, and fibrotic pathways.
