Applications : SEN-177 potently inhibits human QC (Ki = 20 nM; IC₅₀ = 13 nM) and is orally active. It blocks CD47–SIRPα interactions, contributing to its antitumor effects, and mitigates mutant‑HTT–induced aggregation and apoptosis in Huntington’s disease models, making it a versatile tool for studying QC biology and neurodegenerative mechanisms.
