Applications : Setanaxib selectively inhibits NOX1 and NOX4 with low‑nanomolar Kᵢ values, enabling targeted modulation of NADPH oxidase–dependent oxidative stress. It is widely used in models of fibrosis, inflammation, and redox biology.
