Applications : SGC‑CBP30 is a potent and highly selective CBP/p300 bromodomain inhibitor (Kds = 21 nM for CBP and 32 nM for p300), displaying ~40‑fold selectivity over BRD4(1). It markedly reduces IL‑17A secretion in Th17 cells and exhibits anti‑inflammatory activity.
